Share a productivity tip for Entrepreneurs.

Be prepared for the next day. I’ll look at my calendar for the next day at night because it will give me a mindset or get me thinking about what my day looks like? Instead of just showing up unprepared and be like, “oh, what do I get to do today?” I’m going to bed a little bit more prepared for the next day.

Share a tool that has helped you as an Entrepreneur.

So I have one digital tool and a non-digital for old-school kinds of things. The nondigital would be an Old school planner. I like writing down all the stuff. The digital is a calendar, I just want to know what everything is going to be like, keeping me posted. But everything else I like handwritten. The other digital would be Otter like you send yourself a voice note or what you’re thinking about. When you can’t really type, it will remind you of things and ideas you need to remember.

Share your favorite Business/Philosophy Book. Why its Your Favorite?

Atomic Habits to Classic, the reason is I love everything. It really gets you to understand, like what makes success, what gets you to change? What is a habit, and how to kind of go about it? There are so many great books out there, but for me, the books that really resonate are the ones that you actually can take something, like an actionable step.

 

LEARNING FROM THE PAST

What’s one of your more significant mistakes? But a mistake that you learned from. 

I wish I had encouraged my kids to make more mistakes because, like we live in this perfectionist world, or at least I, I mentally am always like, no, we want to get it right—all these standards. And like the idea that. Failure is much more of a learning tool

No matter where they are, whether they’re an entrepreneur, a dentist, or a doctor where they have like 50 practices or one they’re successful, everyone is successful on some level. We’ve all kind of bet on ourselves, but I would go back and tell myself my younger self two key things. Number one, bet on yourself, hard,
